Since moving to Nashville in 2009, Jennifer Weinberg's been around, next to, adjacent and connected to real estate. "My husband, Nathan, has been in real estate since we moved to Nashville, so there’s no avoiding real estate talk in our house!", says Jennifer.

After 15 years in hotel management, Jennifer was looking forward to new challenges. She jumped into entrepreneurship with her own short-term rental consulting company in 2016 and obtained a real estate license in 2017.

"Working with a variety of clients, from first-time buyers to savvy investors, keeps me engaged in Nashville’s dynamic real estate market." Jennifer's sales have ranged from a 100-year old farmhouse on 22 acres to a $1M condo in downtown Nashville.

Jennifer lives in Inglewood with the hubby and two kiddos. She loves exploring all of Nashville’s neighborhoods and will happily compare notes on the best coffee shops around town.
