Mostly, though? Rick loves meeting new people and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. Whether it’s their first condo in an exciting new city or their dream home for raising a family, the right buyer for their beloved house or the perfect investment opportunity, Rick will help make it happen.
As a musician, small business owner and an educator, Rick has a long history of anticipating needs and negotiating successful projects. Rick works hard to make the process of buying or selling property seamless, efficient, and even fun!
He began selling houses in Seattle in 2007 and quickly learned all he could about eco-friendly renovations. He advised buying and selling clients about how to make their homes as low impact as possible. Then, after exploring other job opportunities and starting a family on the east coast, Rick finally landed in Nashville where he rediscovered his passion for real estate.
According to Rick, “Every home sale or purchase is a labor of love. Its like orchestrating a film score. There are a lot of details to manage and a lot of voices that must be factored in. Essentially, you’re digging through a mountain to get to the heart of what someone else is looking for. I love that.”
Pennsylvania born, Rick has made homes near Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Washington DC. But he believes Nashville is the sweet spot: salt-of-the-earth people living in a vibrant city, with farm country and mountainous wilderness minutes away.
The proud owner of a 2017 NXNE home, Rick lives in Inglewood with his wife and their two young children. You’ve probably seen them frequenting the head-spinning array of awesome parks, restaurants and shops all over East Nashville.
