Kelly Boutwell is a partner in RG&Co., the Nashville-based family of companies behind MW Real Estate, a residential and commercial brokerage, along with four coffee locations and a coffee roastery. She's also a co-founder of Lost & Found, an outdoor gathering space in East Nashville that brings together a cocktail bar, Birdie's — her wine bar concept — food trucks, and independent retailers.

Before RG&Co., Kelly first cut her teeth professionally in the restaurant business, running an award-winning beverage program. She then spent a decade in political fundraising before launching her own consulting practice across hospitality and leadership. That range — building teams, managing projects, sales, and development — has given her a sharp read on people and how to connect them.

Kelly holds a BA and MBA from Millsaps College, along with a WSET Diploma in Wines and a Level 2 Sommelier Certification. She lives in Nashville.
