Josh moved to Nashville in 1995, back when it was still a quiet music town before the skyline cranes and booming neighborhoods arrived. After graduating from Austin Peay State University, he pursued a career in music, eventually releasing 15 albums and touring the world. His 2005 record, Nashville, paid tribute to the city that launched his career, and after a decade of living abroad in Spain, he returned to Music City in 2017 with his wife, Paz Suay, their two sons, Oliver and Daniel, and their passport-holding dog, Luna.

Now, Josh brings that same passion for storytelling and connection into real estate.
