Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Monica moved to Nashville in 2008 by way of Chicago to continue a successful marketing career that lasted nearly 15 years. In 2017, she left the corporate world to pursue several longstanding creative passions. Her intense interest in design and aesthetics led her to Copenhagen to study under a master ceramicist. During this time, she also bought and renovated her first homes. Through this, her love for design, home renovation, and real estate came together like a revelation.

This clarity of vision led her to acquire licenses in both real estate and general contracting, allowing her to capitalize on her experience in marketing and home renovation to help others realize their own real estate goals.
Monica is passionate about helping others see what they can do with their existing homes to maximize profits at sale, as well as guiding buyers through understanding the potential of their own renovation projects.

She also deeply enjoys working with buyers seeking a home they can move into and immediately enjoy.
