The Gulch

Hip is not the right moniker here. The Gulch is trendy, youthful and beautiful. The Gulch is condo living defined. With buildings like Twelve-Twelve, The Icon, Terrazzo and many more, the Gulch is home to some of Nashville’s highest prices (per foot) and highest views (by far). Adjacent to I-65 and I-40, the Gulch is easy to get around, and with the addition of The Turnip Truck Market a few years back, this neighborhood is now totally pedestrian. Soon the Gulch will get direct pedestrian access via a bridge over the railroad tracks to Union Station, making access to Downtown and Lower Broadway so easy.
